Verint is looking for talented and experienced System Integration TL. Verint’s integration teams play a significant role in delivering telephony, IP communication and cyber intelligence solutions to our customers. Starting in the design and planning stages and until Verint systems reach full production at our customers’ premises, the System Integration Team Leader is in charge of integration between the product’s subsystems at the applicative level, while integrating its applications to the system, physical/virtual/docker infrastructure and networking/transmission equipment.

In this role you`ll lead a team of System Integration Engineers and foreign Field Support Engineers in an innovative, challenging and fast-paced environment. Matrix management of field support functions.


  • Software Engineering/practical engineering degree or equivalent military experience of telecom units
  • Proven work experience of 2+ years as a Team Leader or a technical manager, experience with technical team building and managing
  • Proven work experience of 3+ years as a System Integrator/Support Engineer
  • Professional technical experience in:

o   Operational systems Windows & Linux

o   WAN & LAN communication equipment

o   Virtualization and Big Data technologies

o   Central storage solution and enterprise server hardware

  • Technical troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Ability to write technical documentation


  • Additional technical knowledge/experience:

o   Circuit switch, packet data and ISP networks (GSM, LTE, HSPA, PSTN, IP, MPLS, Ethernet)

o   Satellite and Telecom (Signaling methods, Payload types, Carrier-class networking, SONET\SDH, DWDM)

o   Docker containers technology and containers orchestration engine solution

o   Cloud solutions & environments

o   Infrastructure security and technologies, integration of security appliances

  • Experience with common Data Centers & Network Operations Center solutions
  • Advanced certifications of Microsoft (MCSA, MCITP) / VMware (VCA, VCP for DCV & DTM) / Red Hat (RHCSA, RHCE) / Cisco (CCNA, CCNP)

Personal Qualifications:

  • Customer facing experience and customer-oriented approach are mandatory
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Oversee day-to-day operation, delegate tasks and set deadlines
  • Highly committed and responsible, independent and able to take initiative
  • Cross-system analytic skills, ability to function as technical lead
  • Ability to travel abroad (up to 20%) and work on non-regular hours
  • Languages: Fluent English is mandatory, additional languages – advantage
  • Foreign nationality – advantage
