Description:

If you are a passionate experienced Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Manager – We are looking for you to lead new Global HRIS system implementation towards the separation of Verint into two standalone public companies, and to take our HR infrastructure to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Global HR systems transformation process
  • Lead and implement advanced and up to date perception of HRIS in the organization
  • Act as HR Lead for new HRIS systems implementation, to include characterization of the system, configuration, security administration, reporting and system optimization post go-live
  • Ensure all applications are integrated into an existing and planned infrastructure 
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies between HR, IT, Benefits and Payroll
  • Support all Global HRIS systems including needs analysis, research, design, testing, deployment and training
  • Understand customer needs, translate functional requirements into work breakdown structures and technical specifications
  • Manage requests for process improvements, system enhancements and new applications
  • Support end users in the use of HRIS applications and tools
  • Manage interfaces with clients and vendors and maintain collaborative relationships across business units

Requirements:

  • Ten (10) years of experience working as HRIS
  • Five (5) years of experience working in a global company
  • Must have experience using Oracle and Success Factors
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Understanding of business process management and design, and ability to conduct business analysis and translate customer needs into technical specifications
  • Strong planning and project management skills
  • Experience in managing dashboards and reporting
  • Knowledge of best practices and HR business processes/workflows
  • Experience in administration and set up of compensation programs and annual performance reviews
  • Ensure all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of data and information
