  • Leading projects & accounts from project initiation, throughout delivery & maintain customer satisfaction & success
  • Maintain close relationship with customers
  • Working closely with other technical teams (QA, R&D, Tier 3, product, sales etc.)

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, service or customer interactions
  • 3+ years of experience in managing customer related project in R&D organization
  • Ability to understand wide & complex system technical view
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities - Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
  • Capable of working independently, accountable and committed
  • Creative thinking with proactive approach
  • Experience in working with external teams
  • Fluent English (read, write & speak) – Must
  • Experience leading cross team projects in R&D (matrix management) - Advantage
  • Additional languages - Advantage
