  • Responsible for supporting, managing and enhancing technologies globally; such as Global Connect, CIS Extranet, MS Teams, and Office 365.
  • Work with the customer to identify enhancement needs for applications and business process. 
  • Plan for quarterly release cycles work on a coordinated testing cycle to minimize defects and increased system uptime. Design solutions, coordinate creation of design documents, test scripts and technical documents per AIM methodology.
  • Coordinate and conduct System Integration test (SIT) cycles, User Acceptance test (UAT) cycles.
  • Work with the business to define customer SLA’s are met and KPI’s are reviewed periodically.
  • Work with the customer leaders to optimize business requirements, analyze and improve business processes.
  • Identify efficiencies to lower the TCO.  
  • Manage the work intake process for Collaboration management applications in our intranet and extranet.



  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in collaboration management systems.
  • PMP, PMI certification or equivalent.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Windows desktop and primary web browsers (IE, Chrome, Fire Fox).
  • Practical knowledge of web-based applications, front end and backend supporting technologies.
  • Solid documentation skills related to business requirements, tailored for technical eyes.
  • Proven ability to work and multi-task under pressure, respond quickly to changing situations in complex project environments, prepare responses/narrative quickly and clearly and use personal initiative.
  • Excellent meeting management skills with Outlook and WebEx.
  • Good business process re‐engineering and project management skills.
  • Good collaboration, relationship‐building, and customer support skills.

Preferred Technical Requirements:

  • Experience in Microsoft 365 Dynamics implementation and customizations
  • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification
  • Microsoft Certification in any Office application
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Managing QA process from scripts to testing results
  • Experience in reporting tools such as PowerBI or Splunk
