The Interaction Analytics team at Verint is looking for a talented and experienced technical product manager to lead the execution process with the engineering team focusing on fast delivery of incremental value with cost effective cloud deployment considerations.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for specification (produce functional documents and detailed product requirements), definition and on-time delivery of features and releases
  • Deliver PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
  • Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and research)
  • Work closely with R&D and Data science teams during the development phase to monitor progress, resolve design issues and deliver high-quality product releases
  • Prioritize backlog and handle development/engineering tasks allocation
  • Work collaboratively with all relevant stakeholders to deliver the best user experience and functionality
  • Work in a fast-paced, environment where the product development and business requirements may change constantly
  • Track product performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals


  • 4+ years working as a technical product manager / owner enforcing agile methodologies​ with a proven track record of shipping user-facing SaaS products
  • Technical background, primarily in cloud technologies
  • Vast experience in breaking epics into business flows (MMF) and INVEST stories ​
  • Experience defining and building cloud-native software products as a platform at scale with a deep understanding of those platforms' capabilities and underlying technologies
  • Tactical capabilities to manage time and content​
  • Advanced communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively ​
  • Experience working with UX/UI designers
  • A positive, get-things-done, collaborative spirit that thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and to maintain tight deadlines


  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience. 
  • Certified/experienced Scrum Product Owner
  • Experience working with ML/AI technologies
  • MBA or advanced degree
