We are looking for highly motivated Experienced Software Team Leader to join our team.

Our team is building an enterprise level quality monitor system to improve customer engagement with their customers.

Responsibilities

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
  • Set clear team goals.
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
  • Hands on – at least 50%
  • Oversee day-to-day operation.
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
  • Motivate team members.
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching.
  • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
  • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
  • Encourage creativity and risk-taking.
  • Suggest and organize team-building activities.
  • Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service.
  • Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain the product.
  • Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.

Requirements:

  • BSC in computer science or equivalent.
  • Proven work experience as a team leader – at least 2 years.
  • Knowledge with Scrum/Agile methodology
  • Hands on experience in developing server-side in either .NET or Java.
  • Experience working with JavaScript frameworks such as Sencha Reactjs/ExtJS
  • Hands on – at least 50%
  •  Experienced with HTML, CSS, JS and sql.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented concepts and design patterns.
  • Autodidactic capabilities and fast technology adaptation.
  • Strong design capabilities.
  •  Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English
