The CIO role located in Herzliya Israel will lead the global IT organization. The CIO fully owns the execution of IT strategic and tactical plans at the global and local levels, including managing the overall IT budget. This role will need to oversee and drive change across all levels of the business and have ability and credibility to align stakeholders in a customer facing environment. This role will report directly to the CEO and – until spin – Verint’s global CIO.


  • Establishes global information technology short term and long term objectives including business systems, security, processes and supporting infrastructure, working directly with leadership across the organization; partners with senior leadership stakeholders to determine technology solutions that meet business and operational objectives.
  • Develops relationships with business partners to understand business needs
  • Drives the organization’s overall IT strategy and priorities in all areas of IT operations, including internal systems and technologies, networks, hardware and software, security and complex enterprise-wide systems.
  • Development and implementation of application development methodology, quality assurance plan, Incident, problem management and change management procedures in compliance with related regulations and requirements
  • Directs internal IT projects and processes in all areas, including automation for internal effectiveness and efficiency; drives capacity planning efforts with respect to infrastructure and strategic support systems; determines appropriate resourcing of staff in order to achieve functional and business objectives.
  • Collaboration with senior management to devise and maintain the information technology strategy and policies
  • Oversee the continuous and secure operation and maintenance of the IT’s computing and networking infrastructure.
  • Builds cloud strategy for IT applications in accordance with the regulatory requirements.
  • Oversees other IT related administrative activities including resources planning and budgetary control
  • Maintains adequate infrastructure of the Data Centers (including backup sites) and business continuity plan, and directing contingency drills to minimize the threats to the operations; and
  • Assists the Chief Executive Officer in developing the Company in accordance with the long term strategic directions set out by the Board of Directors and exploring the employment of new technology and improvement opportunities.
  • Oversees all aspects of risk management, security policies, and IT infrastructure.
  • Owner of global IT budget and variances and manages remedial actions to maximize operational performance;
  • Partners on internal enterprise data management, data warehousing and data integration.
  • Ensures business data and business systems are available, reliable, consistent, accessible, secure and timely to support the mission and activities of the company.
  • Select and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits
  • Oversight of R&D Lab infrastructure and security
  • Partners with and consult product managers on IT security standards for their products
  • Ensures business data and business systems are available, reliable, consistent, accessible, secure and timely to support the mission and activities of the company.
  • Manages cyber SOC organization

  • Ability to bring together multiple stakeholders to buy into solutions in situations of strong opposition.
  • Excellent communication skills, written, spoken, both Hebrew and English.

  • 15+ years of experience in Global IT function, including at least 8 years in a Senior IT Leadership role within a complex, multi-site organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or a related field required. MBA is highly desirable.
  • Experience as a Chief Information Security Officer or equivalent position with extensive IT security knowledge.
  • Experience in application development, testing and roll-out.
  • Experience of impact and mitigation, infrastructure security and best practices, familiarity with local security-related regulations and certifications (e.g. ISO 27001, SOC2, HIPAA, PCI, SOX, GDPR...), Cyber security certification (e.g. CISSP, GSEC, CEH, ECSS, CCISO...)
  • Collaborative partnership style and demonstrated capacity for direct and indirect influence
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to relate to all levels of employees
  • Considerable knowledge of business theory, business processes, management, budgeting, and business office operations.
