Verint is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant for a dynamic & challenging role.
maternity leave replacement for 6 months minimum.
In this role you will:
- Provide administrative support (including Outlook) for the managers.
- Lead the Welfare Department’s domain & community relations.
- Deal with travel related issues.
- Deal with procurement, suppliers, invoices, etc.
- Deal with budget management.
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative management – a must; preferable in high-tech companies.
- Excellent relationship skills.
- Flexible, able to work with multiple customers.
- Deep knowledge with Office, including Outlook and Excel.
- High-level English.
- Organized, self-motivated and proactive.
- Effective in working with multi interfaces, multi tasks & projects.
- Ability to be available off-office hours to a limited extent.
